The W.A.K.E. (Women And Kids Empowerment) Foundation is an established non-profit based in Harlem, New York. It's mission is to empower girls to develop self-confidence, leadership skills, holistic wellness, and global education to access their limitless potential.

 

My involvement with the foundation was to design a basketball shirt for the foundation's 2024 global basketball clinics. The founder wanted it to derive with inspiration of pattern from her birthplace of Ghana and a 90's retro style.
