Overview and Phase 1 Design
To expand my portfolio, I participated in a DesignCrowd contest for GridRival, a brand seeking a bold, high-impact ad to promote a $100 account credit offer for new customers.
I approached the project with a strong focus on brand alignment, using approved assets and staying within their visual guidelines. My initial phase 1 concepts were selected for their dynamic composition and clear visual hierarchy, placing emphasis on the $100 incentive while maintaining a sporty, energetic tone.

Phase 2 Design
Based on client feedback, I refined the visual treatment to amplify the dimensionality of the $100 element, incorporate an aerial image of the BMW race car, and maintain the lime green background. The updated version featured a more prominent, 3D-styled monetary figure paired with bold typography that reinforced the brand's action-oriented aesthetic. The final result delivered both clarity and impact, aligning with the campaign's promotional goals.
